Limousines are elegant stretched sedans with intimate seating, privacy partitions, and a more formal atmosphere — passengers remain seated throughout.
Sprinter vans come in two styles: Executive Style with forward-facing leather seats for business use, and Limo Style with upscale entertainment interiors similar to a party bus but smaller. They are built on Mercedes platforms with more headroom than traditional limos.
Shuttle buses are mid-sized buses with forward-facing seating, luggage space, AC/heat, and sometimes WiFi. They are ideal for hotel transfers, airport transportation, corporate events, and anyone wanting an affordable option.
Party buses accommodate up to 45 passengers. Coach and shuttle buses accommodate up to 56 passengers. Limousines accommodate up to 22 passengers. Limo sprinters typically accommodate up to 14 passengers. Executive sprinters accommodate 10-12 passengers.
Vehicle size changes are difficult once reserved due to availability. We strongly recommend confirming your group size before booking.
Amenities vary by vehicle but may include sound systems, LED/disco lighting, leather seating, wet bars with ice and water, flat-screen TVs, dance poles (some vehicles), and climate control. Karaoke, gaming consoles, and DJ setups are available on select vehicles.
We normally have a 4-hour minimum on Friday and Saturday nights. On non-prime dates like Sundays, we can sometimes accommodate 3-hour rentals. During prom season (March-May Saturdays), 6-hour minimums may apply.
Our quotes are all-inclusive — fuel, driver, insurance, taxes, and gratuity are all included. There are no hidden fees. Gratuity is already included so there is no need to tip unless you wish to tip extra.
Our pricing reflects all-inclusive service including commercial licensing, insurance, driver, fuel, tax, and gratuity. Rates are competitive within the industry.
We typically require 50% down with the remaining balance due 7-14 days before the event. For events within 7 days, full payment may be required. We accept credit cards and other approved payment methods.
All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made in writing between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. Cancellations within 7 days of reservation are non-refundable. Special event dates are non-refundable.
Yes, additional time is billed per hour based on the specific vehicle reserved. We recommend adding buffer time to your reservation to avoid overtime charges.
Yes! BYOB is welcome. Plastic cups and sealed beverages are allowed. Glass is discouraged for safety. Coolers with ice are recommended. No food is permitted on the bus.
Yes! Balloons, streamers, and signs are welcome as long as they do not damage the vehicle. Decorations that leave residue or damage surfaces are not permitted.
Smoking is not allowed on any vehicle. However, we offer unlimited stops during your rental period for restroom or smoke breaks.
